Rates: 2380 USD per week, 340 USD per night

24/7 Assistance

Our Agent will be in close touch with you before your arrival at the vacation house in Aruba to give you instructions on how to drive to the house and will be your port of call for all questions you might have during your stay.

Air Conditioning, WIFI

All rooms have air-conditioning. You will find the various controls in the relevant rooms (kitchen and living room use the same control tool).  When the air conditioning is on, please keep windows shut. Our high speed WiFi will allow you to keep in touch with the outside world. 

​

Cleaning

Our housekeeper will clean and prepare the house for you prior to your arrival. In your room you will find two sets of bed-linen and towels as well as beach towels. At the end of your stay, our housekeeper will also take care of the end-of-stay cleaning.  If you wish for housekeeping services during your stay, please let our agent know and we can arrange for this. The bathrooms will be stocked with toilet paper and a clean bathmat. Cleaning products are stored in the laundry-room. Please feel free to use the products.

 

Laundry

The laundry-room with a washer and dryer are at your disposal free of charge.

 You will also find a vacuum-cleaner, brooms and mops which you are invited to use.

 

Garden and plants

Our gardener Richard takes care of the upkeep of our garden on a monthly basis. There is a drip-system on a timer in place, which will water the garden on a daily basis. You will occasionally hear it being switched on by the timers.

We recommend you rent a car during your vacation. All the main agencies can be found at the Airport.

SHOPPING

The local Grocery store "Tio Pepe" is your nearest and a 5 minute walk. Ling & Sons and Super Food in Oranjestad are the big American Supermarkets for a vast choice. They can also deliver.

Security

   The house has a very good alarm system.

We advise to turn it on every night and whenever you leave the house.
